Kamen Rider Meteor Appears On Christmas Day

As you may know by now, Fourze's secondary rider Kamen Rider Meteor will formally appear on Christmas Day. Previously, Kamen Rider Meteor made his debut on the movie Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider Fourze and OOO Movie War Megamax.

Kamen Rider Meteor's motif came from heavenly bodies and of course from a meteor. Ryou Yoshizawa will play the coveted role of Ryusei Sakuta AKA Kamen Rider Meteor. Meteor is a said to be a transfer student but no one knows his true purpose and identity. Meteor will purposely hide his henshin ability from the student body unlike Fourze. How Meteor's identity be known to be linked to Ryusei is also unknown.

Meteor's power as previously posted on this blog comes from a single unnumbered switch driven by cosmic energy like Fourze. His Meteor Driver sort of works like Kamen Rider Birth. Part of his arsenal is the Fingerprint Authentication Brace Galaxy Meteor (that's a mouthful) placed on his right wrist, this has 3 levers called the Galaxy Lever that allows him to use 3 abilities which represent three planets namely Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. It is also rumored that other planets such as Mercury, Venus and Neptune will be represented as we go along with the series.

The Jupiter Galaxy Lever allows him to summon Planet Jupiter and use it to deliver a punch called, Jupiter Hammer. The Jupiter Hammer is like a huge ball of energy which looks like the said planet. The Mars Galaxy Lever forms a planet-like ball representing the fire and its attack is called the Mars Breaker. Saturn Galaxy Lever creates sharp rings like the planet Saturn for the Saturn Sorcery attack.

There are three sort of Limit Break features for these three levers, first is called Starlight Shower - a multiple punch attack, Meteor Tornado, a spinning kick; and, Meteor Strike, a rider kick. Another ability of Meteor is that he can utilize Fourze's switches and absorbs the switches' powers making it his own. An example is when Fourze uses the Fire Switch, he will absorb its power creating fire blasts.

Meteor is part of a organization called the "Anti Zodiarts Union". His rider bike is named "Meteor Star". He is supported by a satellite called, "M-bus" and assisted by a mysterious person Tachibana, it said to be attributed to Tobei Tachibana who used to work with the Legendary 7 Kamen Riders. The M-bus is important to Meteor's transformation as it holds the energy for him to henshin-ize. Unexposed to this energy will not allow him to transform.
