To add from what I've written yesterday, Beet Buster/Masato Jin has an odd behavior and it can be reflected to his creation. Masato's philosophy is “Perfection is boring. Having defection make it more interesting”. This is why Beet J Stag has personality and performance issues. Does this mean that he is defective?
Whatever the duo's thought persona represents, their entrance in the series would not be a pleasant one. Masato and his Buddyroid's aim is to steal Enetron instead of saving it against Vaglass. One hint maybe is to save the rest of those who got lost into hyperspace 13 years ago. Masato goes head to head with Hiromu who he thinks as a Red rookie despite the latter's extensive training.
If they are building a machine to save lives, that will depend on the flow of the story in upcoming episode. Beet Buster and Beet J Stag will debut on episode 15: The Golden Warrior and the Silvery Buddy this Sunday 6/3.
