CAPCOM announced recently that Rockman Xover, a social- role playing game for the IOS app will return in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the franchise. Xover (Crossover) is a part of the Rockman universe that combines the story worlds. Dr. Wily, Sigma and other characters will be encapsulated on a space-time rift hence the stories have woven on each other.
Dr. Light and Dr. Cossack has teamed up to develop a new robot combatant but needs to find the "battle memory" scattered throughout the stages. This new robot, can defeat minions by producing their own version of Rockman and of course with the help of friends.
The game is set for the iPhone 3G/4/4S, iPod touch (3rd generation or higher), and iPad.
