New magazine scans have previewed the latest upgrade in Kamen Rider Wizard's form: Kamen Rider Wizard Water Dragon. On this form, Kamen Rider Wizard Water Dragon will have a new ring called the Blizzard Ring that allows him to freeze water.
Inclusive of this is a Special Ring that enables the form two create two new tails and allow him to split huge bodies of water like the ocean. On the next episode, Here is a magazine scan fighting Medusa and on the left is the image of what Phantoms call the Wiseman?
