S.I.C. Kamen Rider Cyclone Announced!

Not only will Kamen Rider Cyclone be in S.H. Figuarts form, but he will have an S.I.C. version as well. Hobby Japan magazine revealed the latest addition to the S.I.C. family, the S.I.C. Kamen Rider Cyclone.

This figure represents Philip in this form from the Kamen Rider W novel, "The One Who Comes After Z". During which Shotaro is put out of commission due to a cold. Shroud gives Philip a Lost Driver, which he uses to become Kamen Rider Cyclone, and this is the same Driver he gives Shotaro before the final battle with Jun Kazu.

The S.I.C. Kamen Rider  Cyclone will be inclusive of interchangeable hands, hand effects, a Lost Driver and swappable mufflers. Set to release this November 2013, price of this is 5,250 yen. Pre-orders starts this July 5th.
