Live-Action Patlabor Episode 2, 3 Trailer Streamed

Here is the latest trailer for the 2nd installment of the live-action  The Next Generation Patlabor.  It was revealed recently that Japanese actor, comedian, singer, and director, Naoto Takenaka will make an appearance. In episode 2: Labor crime has died down, and the Type-98 Ingrams of the Special Vehicle Section 2 see almost no action.

The outdated machines collapse when they move and break when they walk and have become a burden to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police. During a routine equipment check brought on by a high-level plot to dismantle Special Vehicle Section 2, a salute is fired in front of the police commissioner...

Thanks to a reckless practice, the Ingrams can’t even stand up, so will they be able to return to their former glory through a collective repair effort?!

In episode 3: Boasting reflexes and an ability to spot threats, the Team 1 pilot Akira Izumino has devoted her youth to Labors and games.
