Video Game Series Tenchu Gets Stage Play Adaptation

From Software's popular stealth ninja game Tenchu comes an stage adaptation that will play once daily from May 7 to 11 at  Theater Sun Mall in Tokyo's Shinjuku ward.Forgot what this game is all about? Check out the video after the jump.

The story revolves during the time when Rikimaru became head of the East ninja clan. In a fight between Rin and Rikimaru, Ayame goes disappears and went missing.The Goda clan sends out an emergency meeting "The Goda clan sends an emergency message! Where is the Princess Kiku, and what is she thinking? What will she do as the princess of an entire country?" Ayame will be played by Yuka Eda.

Other cast includes, Shō Tomita, Yūki Kimoto, Rin Aizawa, Kōjirō Kino, Reiko Hayama, Gorō Takeishi, Yōsuke Aoi, Daisuke Ishihara, Tetsu Itonaga, Kumiko Imai, Tomota Uchida, Fumiko Ōoto, Takuya Ōga, Ayumi Ōtomo, Yūji Kise, Naoya Kumano, Yūko Kasuhara, Shōta Soeda, Atsushi Takata, Kumi Takebana, Takahiro Nakamura, Tororo Nanami, Tomoyuki Fukuda, Katsuyuki Miyake, Karen Miyauchi, Kanon Miyahara, Aya Yamaoki and Hidekazu Ichinose.

Scripts/Direction will be headed by Shō Kubota andMusic by Noriyuki Asakura (Tenchu, Way of the Samurai, Rurouni Kenshin anime composer).
