Toy Review: S.H. Figuarts Tricera Ranger (Blue Ranger)

The S.H. Figuarts Tricera Ranger or the Blue Ranger is the 2nd to the last release before the whole team of Kyoryu Sentai Zyurangers or Mighty Morphin Power Rangers are complete. Using Black and Green ranger’s frame, the figure matches the diamond shape motif of past releases. As a default the figure has already been attached with a holster for the Ranger Stick.

Aside from the Ranger Stick, the set is equipped with 6 hand replacements, a Ranger Slinger and the Triceralance in dual spears and a double polearm. The Blue Ranger also is inclusive of the extra parts for the Howling Cannon like the Saber Daggers and the bow.

I have no arguments on the figure and this is one of the most accurate adaptations from the TV show. But what I really wasn't happy with are the accessories it came with (or lack of there of). The holster is very loose and falls off from the belt easily. Next is ridiculously inaccurate pole arm version of the Triceralance and the lack of other armaments like the Ranger Stick in gun and sword modes. Unfortunately you have to work with what you have.
