Garo Anime Voice Actors Revealed

Garo Project's website recently released the voice actors for the upcoming Garo Anime set to premier this fall 2014. The upcoming anime series is entitled Garo: The Carved Seal of Flames (Honoo no Kokuin).  Voice cast includes Leon Lewis voiced by Daisuke Namikawa, Hermann Lewis played by Kenyu Horiuchi, Alfonso Variante voiced Katsuhito Nomura and Emma Guzman played Romi Park. 

 

JAM Project will sing the opening theme of the anime titled, "Honō no Kokuin -Divine Flame-" while Sayaka Sasaki will perform the ending theme. The plot starts when the King's adviser propelled witch hunt that will affect the  Makai Knights and also the Makai Priests. A Makai Priest who has been condemned to die at the stake gives birth to a child, Leon Lewis. This child will be protected by his Makai Knight father but will not be able to see his mother. Leon will inherit the Gold Makai Knight armor. On another hand the king's adviser takes over the land when the king became ill. Prince Alfonso has been driven out with his mother and will seek out the Makai Knights in order to restore into power.

 

Garo: The Carved Seal of Flames will be a whole new story based on the TV series written Yasuko Kobayashi, directed by Yūichirō Hayashi while Studio Mappa will animate the series. A special screening of the first episode will be held in Tokyo's Shinjuku Ward 9 theater on September 18.
