Kristen Stewart Offered A Role in AKIRA Movie

Cult, international and independent movie news website Twitch reported that Gary Oldman, Helena Bonham Carter and Garrett Hedlund have been offered roles in a Warner Bros. film adaptation of Katsuhiro Otomo's classic manga Akira.

Recently another Hollywood Star from Twilight fame Kristen Stewart has been offered to play Kei. Kei is a medium who has becomes the love interest for the lead character Kaneda. Sounds like Twilight all over again folks. Keneda's role is reported to be acted by Hedlund.

In other news and Keira Knightley (Pirates of the Caribbean fame) has also been approached for a role in the Otomo classic but has yet to determine which part she will be playing.
