Kamen Rider Wizard episode 12 is entitled: The Wagashi of Hope Kibō no Wagashi" (希望の和菓子). After receiving a new Magic Stone from Kizaki, Shunpei believes that Haruto's abilities are getting good enough for him to start teaching him magic. Meanwhile, a high school student named Tetsuya begins an apprenticeship at a wagashi store and is targeted by the Phantoms.
