Kamen Rider Wizard Episode 10: National Security Agency Section Zero - SUB

Kamen Rider Wizard Episode 10 is entitled: National Security Agency Section Zero "Kokka Anzen Kyoku Zero-ka" (国家安全局0課). Wajima gets forcibly abducted by operatives of National Security Agency Section Zero so Kizaki can commission his own Wizard Ring. At that time, a Phantom arrives to create a new Phantom from a child traveling from Akita to Tokyo, leaving Haruto alone on his mission.
