Kamen Rider Wizard episode 12 is entitled: The Wagashi of Hope "Kibō no Wagashi" (希望の和菓子). Here is a preview of this episode. After receiving a new Magic Stone from Kizaki, Shunpei believes that Haruto's abilities are getting better enough for him to start teaching him magic. Meanwhile, a high school student named Tetsuya begins an apprenticeship at a wagashi store and is targeted by the Phantoms.
