Here is my review of the S.H. Figuarts DekaBlue, Hoji, the second in command in Dekaranger. The box art is take on DekaRed's design. Aside from the obvious, one definite change is number of poses he has at the back of the box - Bandai only left us with 2. Most likely it is because of the amount of texts fanned around the panel.
What he includes are 11 hands, the SP License, D-Knuckle, D-Sniper, the D-Rod and holsters for these weapons. As mentioned on my video review below, the only gimmick we are given with is the SP License and we could have provided with some stickers to fill the empty space inside.
As of the articulation points, it shares the same engineering with DekaRed. The only issue will be on your version of this figure which may have looser joints or poor paint applications. I won't be discussing on the posabilities because of the similarities with DekaRed.
Basically, if you have enjoyed having DekaRed in your collection, you'll feel the same way with DekaBlue. The same goes if you also despise DekaRed. More on this hit and miss on the video review.
