Live Action Gatchaman Cast Interview Video

Check out this streamed video interview of the cast of the live action adaptation of the classic Tatsunoko Productions science-fiction anime “Science Ninja Team Gatchaman” from the Japanese TV show Zip. Tori Matsuzaka (Samurai Sentai Shinkenger) will play the lead character Ken Washio aka Ken the Eagle.

Other actors joining Matsuzaka are Go Ayano (Kamen Rider 555, Rurouni Kenshin) as Jo, Ayame Goriki (Mirai Nikki, IS) as Jun, Tatsuomi Hamada (Ultraman Zero, Gokaiger vs Gavan) as Jinpei and Ryohei Suzuki (Hana Kimi) as pilot Ryu to complete the cast.

The main plot revolves around 5 agents serving the International Science Organization in Tokyo in the near future. Galactor, a mysterious group whose technology far surpasses that of humans, has declared war on the entire world and has already subjugated half of it. Dr. Nanbu has assembled these five young heroes as humanity's last hope.
