This is a review of the S.H. Figuarts Space Suit developed by OSTO. It is the suit our Kamen Rider Club wears when the step out of their moon base in Kamen Rider Fourze. The Spacesuit has the one of the most disappointing number
of accessories to date. These are a pair
of open hands, a extra backpack and boost effect for Kamen Rider Fourze.
I like most of the S.H. Figuarts effect parts because it
brings the figure closer to being life-like. Sadly I cannot say the same with
the boost effects. This add-on looks like either parts of a melted candle put
on layer onto layer or a rendered glue gun stick that was left alone for so
long.
I didn’t even know that you can remove Fourze’s jetpack
until this review. The extra jetpack has a gap underneath the cover where you
need to insert the effect part. It may seem that it hold Fourze up but there
are no grooves to make the lift stable.
It is an atrocious part for Bandai to even consider creating
this Figuart. The Effects doesn’t even add value to the whole experience. Extra
hands do not even make sense why it was even included in the first place.
Don’t get me wrong, there is simply nothing wrong with the
figure itself as the mold and paint applications hold to the S.H. Figuarts
standards. It is just that this is not even a character in the series and you
wont even know who this is unless you name it.
Here my friends I present the most insignificant S.H. Figuarts as of
this review post.
