Medicom will be releasing an updated version of Faiz's upgrade form with the RAH DX Kamen Rider Faiz Axel Form 1.5. The figure is slated to go on retail this April 2015 for 21,000 yen. Its first version was released in back in 2011.
The figure is about 300mm and comes with accessories as seen from the images below.
