Toy Review: S.H. Figuarts Space Sheriff Gavan and Saibarian

The S.H. Figuarts Space Sheriff Gavan and Saibarian (also called Cyberion) is a two-in-one combo which includes Gavan and his bike called Cyberion. Gavan is still the same mold as the first release with weapons, but now comes with additional holding hands for the bike and an additional laser blade with blue translucent plastic surrounding it.

Saibarian is a representation of a modified Suzuki motorbike with a side car. It is enveloped with red glossy finish with transclucent amber lights in front and red lights at the back. Close-up you will definitely see the engine block and the handlebars. Handle bars are detachable so no need to worry. The bike has two peg holes, one at the bottom and at the back where the red light is. The spoiler at the back panels up to become shooters and the cover splits into 2 to reveal the booster at the back. 

The S.H. Figuarts Gavan and Saibarian set is a great set combo specifically if you missed the first Gavan release. The additional laser blade sword holding hands for the vehicle will make you get this more as a set rather than getting Saibairan alone. What I was really hoping for are additional effect for Gavan like his laser beam or explosion effect simply because it is a tokusatsu character. As for the Saibarian or Cyberion, what you see is what you get. Everything is functional and for a bike on this scale, it is super light. I believe it will be a better vehicle if only this is inclusive of Tamashii Stages for displaying this in flight.
