Toy Review: S.H. Figuarts Star Lord (Avengers: Infinity War)

Star Lord comes back to S.H. Figuarts now in line with the movie, Avengers Infinity War. There a just a few slight difference between Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 version as to the Infinity War version. Entire mold and head sculpt is still the same but with slight changes such as the color of the pants, and the graphics on the shirt has been replaced with a grey one.

This almost has the same replaceable parts of the same version but without the explosion effects. There are 2 pairs of hands and his masked version. The difference on this extra head is that the goggles have somewhat has a light effect to it. 

Unfortunately, the changes are just subtle and there are no further add-ons to this set. Since the body sculpt make is the same, it was a no brainer for Bandai to just replicate the mold and repaint parts here and there. I feel that there is more merit to but the Guardians of the Galaxy version of the figure than taking this in your collection. Even if you buy the special edition with the effects.
