I was saving Auto Vajin for a review until I can get the rest of the SIC Kiwami Faiz riders together. Now that I have them in possession, its time. Auto Vajin is Faiz's trusty side kick and the only one he can count on without hesitation. Kaixa and Delta do not count, they are such A@#@$ and unreliable at most times.
When you take this figure out of the box, it is already in bike mode. All you have to do is place the handle bars, feet rests and the kick stand. The wheels do function pretty well, the handle bars are sturdy. Because this is SIC, there are hints of battle damaged parts and paint apps. Some may like it and others might not. Still Auto Vajin is shinny in silver.
The last time I had a Transformers figure was during the late 80's so I had some difficulty figuring out how to change it to Battle Mode without looking at the instructions. Cocky huh? Honestly, I finally gave in a took out the instructions but transforming this bike is still not a walk in the park. Turning, flipping, moving parts all around is definitely a challenge. Some pegs and holes look a bit unstable and I was trying hard to carefully not to break it.
Check the video below on how I assembled the bike.
Auto Vajin's parts and hinges feel sturdy on its two rounds of transformation, then it becomes loose and some parts just fall apart. Especially the wheel on its left arm, probably because of the weight.
I would still recommend Auto Vaijin as this somehow completes the whole SIC KT Faiz series. But I caution to fans about the probability that parts that will become loose and fall after transforming this into both bike and robot mode a few times. If you still can get a bargain out of this, the better.
