Fourze episode 28 is entitled: Star-Storm Come-Back "Sei Ran Sai Ki" (星・嵐・再・起). Cancer Zodiarts gives an ultimatum against the whole Kamen Rider Club. As Cancer evolves to a stronger villain - a big ass CRAB! Fourze tries to defeat Cancer but to no avail. Cancer's new found abilities are not stable so he goes and takes the 'Ring of Soul' from Ryusei's body. Tachibana returns Meteor's power with the Meteor Storm switch to become Meteor Storm. In the process, Meteor Storm's final attack is a beyblade? Another WTF moment.
