It was reported recently from voice actress Mayumi Tanaka through her blog that they are scheduled to record more dialogues for Dragon Ball Z Kai. This part will not air in Japan but will continue the series overseas due to diminishing responses from its local market.
Dragon Ball Z Kai is a compilation of anime series from 1989-1996 that follows closely to the Akira Toriyama's Dragon Ball manga. The whole series will be remastered and will add new effects or reamination from the original release.
What is currently recording are scenes from Tenka'ichi Budōkai where Goten and Trunks sneak into the adults section by standing one on top of the other. Tanaka has played Kuririn (Krillin) in the original Dragon Ball anime, Dragon Ball Z, and Dragon Ball Kai.
