In the latest issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine has announced that there are more characters from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and Jigoku Sensei Nube joining in the upcoming game entitled: -Stars Victory Vs. Jonathan Joestar and grandson Joseph Joestar from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Meisuke "Nuubee" Nueno from Sho Makura and Takeshi Okano's Jigoku Sensei Nube will be additional playable characters.
The theme song for the game is entitled: "Fighting Stars" and will be sung by Hironobu Kageyama, Akira Kushida, and Hiroshi Kitadani. People who can pre-order the game early will receive the J-Stars Victory Book, information and visuals of Jump heroes over the years. Also is free augmented-reality (AR) app lets you see the Jump heroes in your surroundings on the PS Vita.
In celebration of Shonen Jump's 45th anniversary, J-Stars Victory Vs is the fighting game that
pits characters from Dragon Ball, One Piece, Bleach, Naruto, Rurouni
Kenshin, Toriko, Gintama, Kochikame, Yu Yu Hakusho, Hunter x Hunter.
Other previously announced characters are Jaguar Junichi, from Pyu
to Fuku! as support-exclusive character, Taro Yamada, from Chinyuki: Taro to Yukaina Nakama Tachi, Son Goku and Vegeta of Dragon Ball Z, Luffy of One Piece,
Toriko and Zebra, Naruto and Sasuke of Naruto Shippuden, Kenshin Himura of Rurouni Kenshin,
Ichigo from Bleach, Kankichi Ryotsu from Kochikame, Sakata Gintoki from
Gintama, Gon from Hunter x Hunter, Yusuke Urameshi from Yu Yu Hakusho,Medaka Kurokami and Misogi Kumagawa from Medaka
Box. J-Stars Victory Vs will be made available for the PS3 and PS Vita this March 19. PS3 regular release is priced at 7,980 yen, while a limited edition will cost about 10,980 yen. The regular edition for the PS Vita costs about 6,980 yen and the limited edition copy for 9,98.
