Japanese entertainment websites namely; Cinema Today, CinemaCafe.net, Pia Cinema, Comic Natalie, MovieWalker, Eiga.com recently released 6 new posters in line with the upcoming Rurouni Kenshin sequels. Here are the new visuals of Takeru Satoh as Kenshin Himura, Emi Takei as Kaoru Kamiya, Yosuke Eguchi as Hajime Saitō, Ryunosuke Kamiki as Sōjirō Seta, Yusuke Iseya as Aoshi Shinomori and Tatsuya Fujiwara as Shishio.
The latest Rurouni movies will be based on Kyoto arc of Nobuhiro Watsuki's original manga, specifically, the Great Kyoto Fire and Legend's End storylines. The two-part movies will be entitled Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoyo Inferno and Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend Ends or "Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Taika-hen” and “Rurouni Kenshin: Densetsu no Saigo-hen" and will premier this August 1 and September 13, 2014 respectively.
