Saban Extends Power Rider Trademark
More than a year ago, at the height of promoting Power Rangers Samurai, we have reported that Saban filed a trademark for "Power Rider". Some toku fans speculated that since Saban has the footage of the Kamen Rider Decade/Shinkenger crossover episode, it was (before) likely that Power Rider pertained to Kamen Rider Decade.
More than a year has passed and last month Saban filed for an extension of the trademark and was granted again to use Power Rider. So what is Saban going to use this for? Power Rangers Samurai is almost ending this year and Megaforce has been announced already. I tried to browse and investigate more about this and there are no updates whatsoever on what will Power Rider will become. There were posts on Jefusion, RRR and Rangerboard that Steve Wang, the director of Kamen Rider Dragon Knight was interested in adapting Kamen Rider 555 or Kabuto. Even that news had no follow-up.

This breaking news is brought to you by our friendly neighborhood Henshin Justice Unlimited's- Keith Justice. According to rumors, Power Rider will be Saban's take on Kamen Rider Decade. Nothing has been confirmed as of date but it is exciting to speculate nonetheless.

Saban Brands Signs Power Rider
In more surprising news, Saban Brands recently registered in the US POWER RIDER. There are speculations that this will be an adaptation of Kamen Rider Decade to be in line with Power Rangers Samurai.
For those who watched these two tokusatsu shows simultaneously, you'll remember that there was an episode where Kamen Rider Decade crossed over Shinkenger's realm. We already have this footage so it will be easier for Saban to adapt this. The question is, Decade has 10 Hsieh Main Rider powers, how will Saban execute this when Black RX and Dragon Knight were only shows premiered in the US?
