Toy Review: BB Gundam Gerbera

My toy review of the BB Gundam Gerbera. As expected, there is no way you cannot miss this cute toy as female Gundam because of its very pink colored base. To add, there are very girlish buns with a bit of familiarity with Street Fighter's Chun-li. Her overall stature is like a metal-fashioned Japanese Iromuji (色無地) (single-colored kimono) accented by a huge bow mixed with Chinese influence (well because it should be patterned after the Chinese tale). To date, she is one of the leaner BB Gundam models I ever came across.

Stickers are few so there are a lot of places where you can use those Gundam Markers and try to color it. I don't have that kind of prowess so I leave it to you to make your own. There are a number of eye stickers to choose from. Since there is no extra head to place these on, its kinda useless. So choose wisely what kind of Gerbera you want her to be. On the instructions there is a small cut out apron which you can use if you want Gerbera to be a playful cook than a warrior princess ala Xena.

Gerbera is very fun to play with. As a default she has a white spear, so don't take her for granted. But within the figure lies hidden accessories. The bow mentioned at the back can be taken off and converted into a bow (a bow within a bow). Inclusive is an arrow to complete the look. If you have girls or girl friends who are supportive of your toy collection, this is an ideal gift....and a chick magnet as well.
