Well sort of. Batman Arkham City writer Paul Dini recently answered a tweet whether there will be another Batman Arkham game and responded not at the moment but is interested in writing the third installment of Batman Arkham game franchise. Dini mentioned on this tweet "Kinda hoped I’d be doing another Arkham game in London during the Olympics. Esp, as I had a good source for tx. Ah, well."
Rumors has it that instead a Silver Age Batman is in the works but currently denied as he "didn’t know about it until I read about it, so we’re even”, in his response.
Other than the game, Dini has made great contributions to the Batman universe like writing and producing Batman: The Animated Series, and later on Batman Beyond. Dini also created the Harley Quinn character for the animated series.
The Batman games that were written by Dini gained a lot of rave reviews and awards from gaming sites like Outstanding Achievement in Adapted Story award for the 13th Annual Interactive Achievement Awards from the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences, GameSpot awarded Arkham Best Atmosphere and Best Use of a Creative License and alike.
