It was announced recently the previously aired Ressha Sentai ToQger vs. Kamen Rider Gaim: Spring Break Combined Special! will be coming to Blu-Ray and DVD this August 8th. Price of the Blu-Ray and DVD are about 4,800 yen and DVD 3,800 yen respectively.
Super Hero Time special entitled:
Ressha Sentai ToQger vs. Kamen Rider Gaim: Spring Break Combined
Special!Mai meets the ToQgers upon their arrival in Zawame, who believe
the city to be safe, until they are attacked by a monster that is not
one of the Shadow Creeps but Moguraroid of the Badan Empire, who seems
to be able to summon Cracks to produce Lion Inves to fight alongside
him, prompting Kouta to enter the fray. While Gaim and ToQ 1gou enter
Helheim Forest in search of Moguraroid, the other ToQgers and Armored
Riders battle the other monsters, all while wondering who is causing
these problems.
