A former Blue Ranger is confirmed to reprise his role in time for Power Rangers Super Megaforce. Blake Foster also known as Justin Stewart/Blue Turbo Ranger in Power Rangers Turbo revealed in a tweet that is off to New Zealand for filming adding hastags giving away his purpose.
