Toy Review: S.H. Figuarts Captain America Civil War

The S.H. Figuarts Captain America in Civil War is more dumbed down version than Age of Ultron. Though looks like a remolded version of the first release, it has lesser red highlights and darker blue and brown motif. I’ll be making a comparison later in the video.

Accessory count is almost the same but again more brown to these parts to signify the use of leather than of a tech feel. The biggest difference is that this has Chris Evans unmasked head. Not top of its class in terms of likeness to Chris’ face. Shield is the same at the front but other the brown straps, you’ll see instantly that the default pegs are no longer part of this. The shield plays the same gimmick where you can place on the arms, make it present like it is being thrown or placed on the back of the figure.

Simply put, the entire set is almost what you get from Age of Ultron with small tweaks here and there. What is equally disturbing is how loose the figure is. There are no improvements on the stability of the figure and joints are the worst part. You will be directed to third party parts to replace the head that I believe more available now on facebook groups and I highly recommend to check these out.
