Toy Review: S.H. Figuarts Android 21 (Dragon Ball FighterZ)

The 3rd Dragon Ball game-exclusive character finally advents in S.H. Figuarts. Android 21 is the main antagonist in the popular fighting game Dragon Ball FighterZ and this is her true form. For old fans of Dragon Ball Z, most the details are very reminiscent of Majin Buu, Frieza and even Cell - with pink skin, baggy pants with the addition of the tail that you need to put on when taken out of the box.

Toy Review: D-Arts Black Zero

Considered as an upgrade armor or an evil copy, Bandai Tamashii Nations didn’t think twice in releasing the D-Arts Black Zero from Capcom’s Megaman X game. Aside from the obvious black and grey color motif, Black Zero has sharp cornered shoulder pads and silver and gold buster arm. Unlike his red version, Black Zero has gem ornaments on both ankles.

Project X Zone Launches in North America, New Trailer Streamed

Namco Bandai Games finally uploaded the launch video of the Nintendo 3DS Game, Project X Zone. The game was finally released in North America last Tuesday June 25th. In Project X Zone, players will be able to take control of a huge selection of paired heroes and discover the cause of the rift and stop evil from coming through and spreading into their world.

Project X Zone Devil May Cry, Darkstalkers, Xenosaga Video Showcase Streamed

The European arm of Namco Bandai Games started streaming two additional videos for the European and US launch of Nintendo 3DS Game, Project X Zone. The videos features team ups from Dante (Devil May Cry) with Demitri Maximoff (Darkstalkers) and T-Elos and Kos-Mos (Xenosaga). Players will be able to take control of a huge selection of paired heroes and discover the cause of the rift and stop evil from coming through and spreading into their world.

Project X Zone New Video: Capcom Character Spotlight

Capcom recently streamed the latest English video for Namco Bandai/Capcom/Sega Nintendo 3DS crossover game Project X Zone. The video highlights Capcom characters coming from Street Fighter, DarkStalkers, Devil May Cry, Vampire and Megaman game franchises. The game will still continue to use its original Japanese voice tracks but it will include English subtitles for N.America and Europe. There will also be no cuts or additional content from its original source, says a Namco Bandai representative.

Project X Zone English Trailer Streamed

The European arm of Namco Bandai Games recently released the latest promo for the biggest crossover role-playing game Project X Zone for the Nintendo 3DS. Seen on the trailer are Namco Bandai Games's Jin Kazama (Tekken series), Black Rose (.hack series), and KOS-MOS (Xenosaga series). From CAPCOM are Chris Redfield (Resident Evil Revelations), Chun-li (Street Fighter), and Zero (Mega Man X). Finally from Sega are Kurt Irving (Valkyria Chronicles III) and Sakura (Sakura Taisen).

Project X Zone Game To Include English Subtitles

It was confirmed by Namco Bandai that Project X Zone game will still continue to use its original Japanese voice tracks but it will include English subtitles for N.America and Europe. There will also be no cuts or additional content from its original source, says a Namco Bandai representative.

Project X Zone Heads To America, Europe and Australia This Summer

Namco Bandai Games has confirmed that the Nintendo 3DS game,  Project X Zone is headed to North America, Latin America, Europe and Australia this Summer 2013. Project X Zone is a strategy RPG cross-over game that pits popular game characters hailing from CAPCOM, Sega, and Bandai Namco Games franchises.

Street Fighter X Mega Man Game To Update Patch

The free downloadable Street Fighter X Mega Man PC game will be having an update patch this Friday, January 18th 5:00 PM EST. Resident Evil Turns 17, Capcom To Release Anniversary Game Pack

 
On March 22, Capcom will be commemorating the 17th anniversary of Resident Evil with the release of  Resident Evil Anniversary Package for the Playstation 3. Known in Japan as Biohazard, the survival horror game was a brainchild of  Shinji Mikami and made to the Playstation console in 1996.

Resident Evil fans will have more reason to buy Resident Evil 6. CAPCOM is set to launch ResidentEvil.net a new online service for Resident Evil 6 players and below is a video stream about the service.

Each player will have his own personal website to showcase your achievements and stats that also links to your Facebook and Twitter both on your PC and soon on mobile devices. You need the Resident Evil 6 game in order to use this service. This online site will enable you to receive unlockable content, community challenges and "championship belt" for winning one of these challenges. There are rewards when you win challenges with points can be redeemed to purchase parts, costumes and figures.

Sanrio to release Street-Fighter themed Hello Kitty

CAPCOM recently announced that they are producing a new campaign with company Sanrio specifically for the latter's Hello Kitty franchise.

Sanrio's hero mascot, Hello Kitty will be dressed in Street Fighter outfits. An example of which is that Hello Kitty will be in a blue cheongsam which is the signature outfit of Street Fighter's iconic beauty Chun-Li.

The distribution of these Street Fighter-themed Hello Kitty merchandises will be released in the fall of 2012 but it was not disclosed which market will be receiving these.
In the past, Sanrio has collaborated with American rock band Kiss, visual-kei band X Japan, and virtual diva Hatsune Miku in selling cross promotion merchandise.
